Singapore VETS FOR LIFE ANIMAL CLINIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Description**:
Let us know if you have experience in any of the following, otherwise training will be provided. Here's the serious stuff:
(i) Collecting and recording patients’ case histories

(ii) Leading customers and patients to examination room

(iii) Talking to clients about basic animal care

(iv) Organizing and recording prescriptions

(v) General front desk services such as answering of phone calls, addressing preliminary queries over the phone and re-directing such calls as is appropriate to a veterinarian, assisting with appointment scheduling, etc.

(vi) Generally, assisting the Company’s veterinarians with any services as needed or expedient, in the course of their clinic practice

(vii) Working closely with Management to develop and implement an effective marketing and communications program for the Company, including the preparation of marketing and communication materials (such as information sheets, flyers, brochures, etc), and maintenance of the Company’s online website and other social media platforms.

(viii) Conducting regular inventory checks at such frequency as may be directed by Management from time to time.

(ix) Ensuring adequate supplies of inventory to ensure the efficient and smooth operations of the Company.

(x) Supporting accounts payable activities to ensure timely payment of the Company’s bills in the manner authorized by the Management.

(xi) Ensuring all invoices and receipts evidencing accounts payables and receivables are properly supported, documented and filed in a timely manner.
