As part of Rapsodo growth and innovation, we are hiring for Manufacturing Engineer to support the team with organizational objectives by supporting the factory production to deliver quality products on schedule.

This role is based in JB, Malaysia with adhoc travelling to Singapore office.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with Singapore NPI product engineer to ramp up the production for NPI product in factory
- Work with NPI engineer to implement work instruction for NPI product in the factory
- Document work instructions for assembly and test
- Issue and implement engineering change notice (ECN) for Bill of Material (BOM) changes
- Roll-in test changes/firmware changes for factory
- Work with suppliers for parts quality issues
- Troubleshoot failed products in the CM factory if the factory engineers cannot resolve the problem.
- Work to improve First Pass Yield to meet the aligned goals
- Balance touch time of DL for assembly and testing among stations to improve efficiency

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in electrical/electronic engineering or any related field
- 3-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and effective communicator
- Effective communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills to communicate with regional stakeholders
- SMT in PCBA and final assembly and testing in electronic product would be a plus
