Investment Associate

Sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of investment transactions within technology and alternative lending industries in Southeast Asia
- Strategising and development of investment thesis and capital structure of potential opportunities including the identification of potential investors (HNWI and institutional)
- Preparation of teasers, investment slide decks, data rooms, and financial modeling of private credit and equity opportunities
- Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners
- Work with legal, financial, and other consultants on fundraising, deals and startup advisory
- Continuous management of private debt / venture debt / venture capital investments, in terms of
forecasting and monitoring performance and managing stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and management of company’s technology, analytics and investment
matching platform
- Participate in business development initiatives within company and portfolio companies
- Assist with marketing, events, and other commercial activities
Skill Sets and Requirements -0 - 2 years of working experience and looking to develop a meaningful career in FinTech / investments -Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture -Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn -Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment -Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint -Programming knowledge and skills is a plus
