Our client is a premier Healthcare Services provider across the Asia Pacific with state-of-the-art facilities in India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia and strategic brand presence in Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Bangladesh. They are seeking a CRM developer for their Singapore office.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Provide directions and advice to Management, Lab Managers on all technical and lab operational aspects.
- Lead technical and/or laboratory operational developments for the validation and integration of new products, services and processes.
- Implementation of new products and initiatives for the company as directed.
- Scouting and assessments of potential new products, services, technologies and processes for the company.
- Evaluate processing data, ensure product safety, efficacy and endpoints met.
- Ensure daily aspects of laboratory processes are performed in accordance with SOPs and quality standards met.,
- Responsible for lab operations budget planning, and implementation.
- standards and local authority regulations.
- Responsible for lab operations budget planning, and implementation.
- Provide training and development, continuing education including speaking engagements.
- Oversee cord blood unit or other tissues releases.
- Interface with Doctors & clients when required.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager and Management.

**Requirements**:

- PhD in Biomedical/ Biotechnology or any other life sciences.
- Experience and strong technical knowledge in stem cells, or genetics/molecular diagnostics.
- Project management experience.
- Laboratory and team management experience is preferable.
- Experience working in a commercial / hospital laboratory and/or an AABB-accredited laboratory advantageous.
- Must be Hepatitis B immunized.
