We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Entry-Level HR cum Admin Executive**to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and Office Administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- HR Responsibilities: _
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Admin Responsibilities: _
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance or repair tasks
- Handle basic correspondence and document filing
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Support day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative support
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Freshers are welcome; any internship or admin/HR experience is a plus
