Job Summary- Primary responsibility _

- supporting management to ensure internal controls that are in place and operating effectively in accordance with Group Internal Control Framework (ICIF). Support the business in understanding the root cause of errors identified and help develop remediation actions. _

- Job Qualifications- Required:
- Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior) and No prior experience required in the Administrative area within the Insurance industry._
- _Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher_
- Preferred:
- Experience with desktop tools, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively and strong analytical skills.
- Interest in finance with motivation and willingness to learn.
- Desire to grow through development opportunities.

- Job Functions- Supports stakeholders (risk management and finance) in matters requiring their attention.
- Participate in cross functional groups to implement or enhance controls based on organizational transformations.
- Contributes to meeting to provide guidance, on projects and initiatives in assigned areas.
- Collects and prepares information, data, and presentations support engagement with relevant stakeholders in different departments to ensure that risk management activities are being completed on a timely basis
