Our client is a global company that develops, manufacture, and sells pharmaceutical products.

**About the role**:

- Reporting and Analysis _
- Responsible for selected monthly variance analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and improving operating efficiencies.
- Review and analyse PPV Actual and support Cost specialist in Dynamic Forecast.
- Inventory Control and Monitoring _
- Report stock/cost information for monthly closing schedules and reconciliation.
- Conduct monthly & annual physical inventory stock-take in compliance with NAS.
- Followup on DMF scrap and monitoring of cost
- Standard Cost Budget _
- Support Cost Specialist in annual budgeting process, quarterly price change, budget revision and simulation.
- Prepare expense listings for annual standard setting process based on Company Costing Standards.
- Management Accounting and Projects _
- Reporting to EDB/ Dept of Statistics/Govt bodies on monthly data collection in timely manner
- Update to Customs on cost statements for export products on quarterly or adhoc basis
- Support cross functions in their improvement projects as required.
- Internal Control _
- Ensure timely cross charging of costs to interco and to scrap vendors for claims with proper approvals & documentation. Monitor status of approvals and billings.
- Review and correct posting of expenses to correct GL/ cost centers
- Follow up on blocked & parked invoices

**About you**:

- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of the manufacturing conversion process, industrial footprint and physical / technical aspects of a factory
- Experience with SAP system will be preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting datelines
