**Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and fashion-forward Wedding Gallery Assistant to join our team at Fatimah Mohsin The Wedding Gallery. As a Wedding Gallery Assistant, you will be assisting with daily gallery operations, including welcoming customers, maintaining the gallery's appearance, and supporting the sales team. Additionally, you will assist with creating engaging social media content, including videos and photos, and be comfortable presenting content in front of the camera.

**Responsibilities:
**Gallery Assistance**:

- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the gallery's appearance, including tidying up and restocking products
- Assist the sales team with product inquiries and try-ons
- Support with events and promotions, including setup and teardown

**Social Media Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating high-quality content for social media platforms, including videos and photos
- Develop content ideas and scripts in collaboration with the marketing team
- Present content confidently in front of the camera

**Styling**:

- Assist with styling and visual merchandising of products in the gallery
- Help create visually appealing displays and arrangements
- Ensure products are properly steamed, cleaned, and maintained

**Administration**:

- Manage the day-to-day administration of the boutique, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and fostering loyalty
- Process daily sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare financial reports
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and overall business objectives

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fashion graduate preferred
- No experience necessary, but a passion for fashion and weddings is a must
- Comfortable in front of the camera and able to present content confidently
- Bubbly and fun personality with excellent communication skills
- Team player who can work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
