- Identify target markets and industries for business expansion.
- Client Acquisition and Management:

- Identify and engage with potential clients and partners to generate new business leads.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:

- Establish and manage strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive business growth.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Networking and Relationship Building:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
- Engage with local business communities and stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
- Analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust plans as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Geared Motor, Industrial Gear, & Coupling industry.
- Skills:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in using SalesForce and other business development tools.
- Attributes:

- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel
