CSR is firmly embedded as part of the Company’s strategic focus and accordingly reflected in our purpose of ‘Driving individuals and communities to make better investment decisions for a sustainable future’. Given our commitment to the cause, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join and strengthen our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team.

The successful incumbent will play an integral role in driving the Company’s CSR strategies and initiatives with the penultimate objective of making a meaningful contribution to our community. He / She will assist in various aspects including planning, stakeholder engagement and execution of programs.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Plan and organize CSR programs in collaboration with Management and external stakeholders (e.g. community agencies, volunteer organizations etc)
- Co-ordinate and execute marketing efforts in partnership with the Company’s MARCOMMS team.
- Work with community agencies to identify suitable volunteering activities for staff, and thereafter, to plan and execute such programs.

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- A dynamic and spontaneous professional who is passionate about community and CSR-related work.
- Diploma in Events Management, Marketing, Communications or any relevant field of study.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
