As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support the nursing staff in providing basic patient care services to patients and ensuring that patient's needs are attended to promptly.

**Your duties include**:

- Helping patients to wash, shower or dress
- Serving food or feeding patients
- Making and changing beds
- Turning patients who are confined to bed to avoid pressure sores
- Talking to patients to help them feel less anxious
- Helping patients to move around if they find it difficult
- Giving out and collecting bedpans, and helping patients to the toilet
- Basic housekeeping duties for the ward and assisting to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Perform portering duties and assist in the admission, transfer and discharge of patients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum secondary school education or ITE Skills Certificates in Health Services (In-patient) or WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care)
- Must be able to read and understand simple English
- Rotating shifts / Fixed shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 42 per week

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
