As a **CAD Specialist** at DB&B, you will create accurate CAD drawings and plans, ensuring designs are feasible, compliant with regulations, and clearly communicated to stakeholders. Your role will involve providing technical support and documentation to ensure smooth project execution. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings using CAD software to support interior design projects. Prepare accompanying documentation, including material specifications, finishes, and installation details. Collaborate closely with interior designers and project teams to interpret design requirements and translate them into accurate CAD drawings using programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout, or other relevant tools.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of commercial interior design experience with a minimum diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp Layout software and a strong understanding of drafting techniques and interior design principles.
- High level of attention to details to ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings and documentations.
- Able to interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to design and drafting, ensuring that solutions meet project requirements.
