**What you will be working on**
- The Infrastructure section provides logístical support and general office administration services to all staff and tenants of the Family Justice Courts (FJC) Building, a historic monument and part of our rich national heritage. Besides the upkeep of this historic Building, there will be opportunities to assist with the maintenance of our other offsite locations, for instance at the MND Complex. Apart from ensuring facilities are always operational, the section also ensures compliance with resource management requirements. Your duties include, but are not limited to: The key responsibilities / duties are: - Administration and management of fixed assets and its sighting and tagging, office equipment, management of keys, furniture, inventories in compliance with IM regulations and FJC guidelines and policies, and updating of central computerized asset management system - Preparation of invitation to quote/tender and related work in the procuring of office equipment, furniture, goods/services in compliance to procurement guidelines - Perform the roles of Goods Receiving Officer for goods/services delivered. - On-site supervision of contractors and ensuring compliance with performance standards and timelines as per service contract e.g. performance of cleaning quality level - Carry out and support initiatives from Environmental Sustainability and Green movements involving staff, energy, water and waste management and liaison with authorities - Administration of Resource Booking System - Operational support to building operation, office management and other related service contracts in accordance with the contracts and service level agreements - Maintain proper documentation and records according to ISO standards and in compliance to internal audit and procurement requirements - Conduct audit check on Facilities Management Operations - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all Facilities Management related operations and improvement works - Be involved in any other projects / duties as assigned from time to time
