**Job description**:
We are looking for a Secondary Class English teacher who is passionate and interested in teaching the Secondary English Class. The responsibility of the teacher includes:

- Conduct engaging and interactive classes using various teaching methodologies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Develop detailed lesson plans that are aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Design assessments that are aligned with learning objectives. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance.
- Responsible for student academic progress management by marking their assignments and assessments, maintaining and sharing records of student attendance, grades and assessments, identifying students who may need additional student support and addressing students’ individual needs.
- Responsible for classroom management by establishing and enforcing classroom rules to maintain a productive and safe learning environment for the students.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on educational trends.
- Create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment.
- Promote and inculcate the school values.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support students’ holistic development.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Academic Manager. EduTrust Documents for Academic Department.

**Academic Qualifications**:
Possess an undergraduate degree in teaching or in a relevant discipline

**Skills Required**:

- Oversee and manage curriculum planning for AEIS English.
- Ability to prepare course materials, lesson plan and exam papers.
- Possess teaching experience in secondary level and above to local and international students.
- Possess good students and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
