Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraising Assistant to join our Marketing & Fundraising team. This entry-level role is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to make an impact in the non-profit sector. You will support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and event coordination to help sustain our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
- Support the development of fundraising materials, including proposals, reports, and social media content.
- Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate records of donations and engagements.
- Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, including liaising with vendors, partners, and volunteers.
- Conduct research on potential donors, grants, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the Fundraising team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for mental health advocacy and the non-profit sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience in event planning, fundraising, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
