Customer Success Executive
Location: Commonwealth
Contract: 3 months to permanent
Work days: Monday - Friday, office hours. May be activated on half Saturday for company events
**Salary**: $3,400 - $3,700
- **Handle walk-in customers.**
- **Submit requests to relevant departments to prevent re-occurring issues and recommend process **and procedure improvements.**
- **Handle and process sales ordersbased on customer’s requirements.**
- **Handle customer complaintsprovide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to **ensure resolution.**
- **Analyse reports on process and procedure improvements to bring efficiency to the department.**
- **Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple clients’ requests with strict time limits on an **ongoing basis.**
- **Evaluate the nature of each inquiry and determine the appropriate action to complete the inquiry.**
- **Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner.**
- **Requires accuracy and attention to details.**
- **Able to identify customers’ needs and maintain high level of customer service satisfaction.**
- **Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience in a business to customer (B2C) sales **environment**
- **Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Hospitality**
- **Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.**
- **Experience in service quality and complaint management.**
- **Positive and outgoing personality**
- **Able to work in fast-paced environment and respond well to pressure.**
- **Service oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.**:
