- Lyn Thum- APAC Associate Director Our client is a leading private equity firm based in Singapore, renowned for its agnostic investment strategy. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Director to join their team
The firm has a strong track record of successful fund launches, active deployment of capital across a variety of sectors in Asia, and value creation for investors through strategic partnerships with portfolio companies. They are in the process of preparations for their next fund and anticipate a significant deployment of their initial fund's capital in the near future.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive and manage the firm's origination efforts, identifying and developing relationships with potential investors
- Develop, manage and maintain relationships with institutional investors and family offices
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of investor communication materials, such as presentations, quarterly reports, and other investor materials
- Work closely with the investment team to understand and communicate the firm's investment strategy and performance
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and annual meetings
- Respond to investor inquiries and manage ongoing investor relations
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations or a related field, preferably within the private equity industry
- Strong network of institutional investors and family offices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements, metrics, and private equity investment strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
