As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of our company and be responsible for converting potential clients to sales. Duties will entail positively representing our brand, being in touch with members of the sales team and providing customer support. You will also play an important role in getting the word out about our company’s product and services, therefore possess the ability to increase our company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.

This position is a Full-Time, Contract Employment role for a period of 6-Months and shall be based in Singapore, with an opportunity to convert to Full-Time Permanent Contract role. Training will be provided for selected hires. For successful converts, you can expect good opportunity for career progression.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage in digital marketing campaigns, generate online interest for our products and services (e.g., social media and forums).
- Undertake monitoring and analysis of various marketing activities to achieve the highest possible KPI performance.
- Co-host or participate in various roadshows, events and marketing activities to promote our products and services.
- Network and build trust with potential stakeholders.
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to provide product demonstrations and professional support.
- Respond to queries in a timely manner and increase customer satisfaction.
- Serve as Company’s trusted Point-of-Contact to external stakeholders.
- Participate in the Company’s feedback and improvement programs.
- Provide timely report to Company Management as and when required.
- Achieve and exceed all assigned KPIs and quotas.

**Requirements**:

- Proved track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is preferred.
- Able to work in a small startup environment.
- Highly versatile and can quickly adapt to changes.
- Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently and across various teams and departments.
- Experience in engaging across different social media platforms is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office and presentation tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to be learn, grow and overcome challenges.
- Willing to work onsite at various locations throughout the assigned region.

**Education & Qualifications**
- Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in any faculty.
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales related, Marketing or Customer Service roles preferred.
- Experience working in Digital related products and services industry preferred.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
