We are looking for a Creative Director to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for spearheading the creative strategy and design language for Klook globally. You will be a key stakeholder in the global marketing team and a trusted leader to our creative and design team.

Your craft expertise, creativity and eye for design and storytelling will help us to inspire and enable more moments of joy for millions of travelers around the World.

**You Should Have / Be**:

- Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications or related/demonstrated experience in art direction and graphic design with a strong digital-focused portfolio
- A veteran or expert art-based creative director with at least 8-10 years experience in an advertising agency and/or in-house creative team with a regional remit.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with end to end integrated brand experiences across different marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, to offline and print, including video production.
- Adept at digital user experience design, including information architecturing, interaction design, user/service flow design and user interface design.
- Relevant experience in building global brand systems and cascading them into country-level interpretations
- Prior experience leading and mentoring a team of creatives across different geographies and cultures.
- A keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
- Enthusiastic team player who is able to rally different stakeholders to work out the solutions and proposals together.
- Bring a strong POV and creative vision along with a clear, concise ability to articulate direction, thoughts and briefs to internal and external partners. Fluency in spoken and written mandarin is a plus point.

**Responsibilities**:
**Creative Strategy & Design Thought Leadership**
- Develop, iterate and grow Klook’s creative visual strategy and design language into a World leading one.
- Play a leading role in translating Klook’s marketing objectives into clear creative strategies, from concept to completion.
- Act as the key guardian of our brand’s creative architecture, guiding our designers and marketing teams on how to effectively communicate our brand pillars and brand integrity across all touchpoints both externally and internally.
- Work closely with user experience design (UED) team to ensure consistency of brand assets and design language across Klook’s digital products
- Lead a high performing creative team to ideate, execute and/or approve campaign visual assets for effective storytelling
- Be at the forefront of global creative trends and demonstrate industry thought leadership

**Manage a team of highly talented and dynamic creatives**
- Grow, nurture and mentor our in-house team of graphic designers, video editors and creative strategists
- Supervise the team’s daily workflow, output, deadlines and budgets
- Take lead in developing design/creative core competencies, outcome frameworks and design an effective roadmap for the creative team’s growth and learning.
- Inspire and motivate the team to be creatively progressive and explore new inventive ways to raise the creative bar
