**Position title**: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Donor Stewardship and Communications

**Reports to**: Philanthropy Lead with dotted line to Senior Manager, Stewardship and Communications

**I. Mission of WWF Singapore**:

WWF Singapore’s focus is on delivering corporate partnerships, individual donor fundraising, major donor fundraising and community engagement for WWF’s priority conservation and sustainability initiatives in Singapore and the rest of WWF’s global network.

**II. Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit**

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. The team’s aim is to contribute significant, sustainable levels of philanthropic funding from 1) high-networth individuals (HNWI) 2) trusts and foundations, 3) companies to support the local (Singapore-based) and regional (SEA-based) conservation, sustainability and education programmes in order to advance WWF-Singapore’s mission.

The team works closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors to assist in the implementation of WWF-Singapore’s partnerships and philanthropic strategy.

**III. Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
Account Management and Donor Stewardship (40%)
- Works closely with the the Philanthropy Lead and Corporate Stewardship and Communications Senior Manager to develop long-term strategies on donor stewardship and retention, including but not limited to HNWIs, foundations, VIPs/C-suites, corporates and government bodies
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with donors as part of the retention programme
- Leads day-to-day operations and account management of existing major donors, trusts and foundations and some corporate accounts, including ensuring all deliverables (eg. impact reporting, check-in meetings) are executed and targets achieved according to agreements
- Keeps accurate records pertaining to budget, income, expenditure and be able to update internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner, flagging issues that may be a risk to the relationship or brand
- Keeps a close account of partnership notes ensuring Raiser’s Edge NXT (CRM) is up to date with stewardship activities and milestones
- Upgrades existing donors to higher level of support tiers with the guidance of reporting line managers (e.g. upgrading mid-level donors to major donors)
- Assists the CEO and Philanthropy Lead in the stewardship and engagement activities of major donors, board members and high-stake partners

Communications and Impact Reporting (40%)
- With guidance from the reporting line managers, leads the development and execution of the partnership team’s communication strategies for donors to increase engagement and retention
- Drafts and edits communication documents and digital presentations, including selecting and including relevant infographics, images, videos and photos to communicate to sophisticated external audiences in a compelling way
- Manages the creation and production of collaterals including but not limited to donor impact reports, newsletters, the philanthropy case for support, conservation project concepts, and digital communications
- Manages the content and upkeep of the Philanthropy, Corporate and Legacy pages on the WWF-Singapore website
- Proactively seeks environmental, conservation and philanthropy news which may be of interest to the target audience
- Develops case studies on selected partnerships to share best practices and learnings for the donor retention improvement programme

Events Organisation and Management (20%)
- Leads / assists in organising bespoke events, activities and fundraisers for existing donors and prospects; coordinate RSVPs, logistics and budgets
- Designs and manages bespoke, segmented and mass digital communications to UHNWIs, VIPs, board members, including event invitations and registrations via Active Campaigns or similar and event management software, which will be integrated with Salesforce
- Manages donor and prospect conservation project site reviews across APAC, including coordinating itineraries, travel logistics and budgets, in collaboration with APAC Network Offices
