**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all Digital marketing deliverables that include online assets such as banners, mobile apps, websites, portals, social media deliverables and games etc.
- Independently define and execute digital project scope, budget and workplan.
- Produce detailed and accurate SOWs.
- Liaise with clients to ensure any changing needs are scoped in and new costs and timing are agreed.
- Define requirements for and create specification documents and client communications. Drive the creation of goals and strategy throughout project which covers data accuracy of budgets, meeting recaps, resourcing spreadsheets, time tracking setup and other pieces for their projects.
- Compile and execute effective project communications, assume management reporting responsibilities, set communication standards and share these standards with the team.
- Demonstrate ability to identify, prioritize and manage projected information flow.
- Act as mentor to other members of the department and offer strategic input into overall program, working closely with the Project Lead.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least 3-6 years of working experience in a similar role or in an interactive agency.
- Degree or Diploma from a reputed institute, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, Digital Media or equivalent.
- Formal project management training/certification would be an advantage.
- Strong foundation in core project management skillsets; Manage project timelines, costs, resources, clients and people to ensure project delivery and profitability.
- Ability to present information, control discussion and bring value in informal and formal client settings. Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are highly preferred.
- Good understanding of emerging web standards, user-centered design, optimization and search practices. Proven web experience and interface and architecture knowledge.
- Good analytical abilities, attention to details and collaborative teamwork attitude.
