Admin Assistant

**Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5 DAY week**
Admin support in service contracts department such as new setup, renewal, transfer and termination and, reports
1. To set up new contracts
2. To generate and send out contract renewal letters
3. To follow up and monitor customer’s reply for contract renewal
4. To renew service contract in system
5. To attend to customer’s request regarding transfer, termination, extension of contracts
6. To generate monthly contract renewal report
7. To track contract renewal %
8. To compile reasons on why customers do not renew the contract
9. To generate EOL report and group by customer segmentation
10. To assist in customer loyalty/retention program
11. To perform updates on service contract in system Requirements
**Requirements**:
**_O Level/ ITE/ Diploma with 1-3 year general Admin/ contracts administration experience and good computer skill._**
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**_*prefer those Available Immediate or with Short notice_**
