**The Job Role**
- Diagnose and resolve issues escalated from IT Helpdesk
- Provide IT helpdesk support to all users in Singapore and regional offices
- Installation & configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches & other PC peripherals
- Configure and deploy new user equipment and accounts
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to network or usability concerns
- Monitor and address security threats
- Provide IT training and participate in related projects where necessary

**Qualification**
- 1-2 years of experience in networking and communication hardware, software and infrastructure
- Knowledge and experience of computers, servers operating systems, equipment and office productivity software like MS Office and Exchange Server, and security software/ hardware
- Skilled & experienced in Windows, Networking, Exchange Servers, MS Operating Systems, Active Directory etc.
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
- Independent, hand-on and able to multi-task
