**About Us**
Arch Angel Brow is a leading beauty salon brand with four locations across Singapore. Known for our expertise in eyebrow shaping, semi-permanent makeup, and other premium beauty services, we have been serving clients for over a decade. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on **Administration, HR & Finance Manager**to lead and oversee our corporate functions. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s back-end processes, supporting our outlets, and enabling business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Leadership & Management**
- Lead and manage the Administration, HR, and Finance functions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management on operational improvements, cost control, and compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative or finance staff (if any).
**Administration**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination between outlets and headquarters.
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems, processes, and SOPs.
- Manage documentation, contracts, and company records.
**Human Resources**
- Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to onboarding and training.
- Oversee performance management, staff engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies comply with MOM regulations and are up to date.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
**Finance & Accounts**
- Oversee bookkeeping, monthly closing, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors on GST, statutory filings, and year-end accounts.
- Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience**in administration, HR, and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in SME or retail/beauty industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
