**About the Role**:
ATOP Academy is offering a Practical Internship for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in education operations, student engagement, and classroom support. This role provides a comprehensive introduction to day-to-day academy functions, allowing interns to develop practical skills in a structured and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with classroom setup, lesson preparation, and learning material organisation.
- Support tutors in managing class logistics, student attendance, and academic records.
- Facilitate student engagement during lessons and assist with after-class follow-ups.
- Help coordinate academic events, workshops, and student activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, printing, and basic data entry.
- Maintain tidiness and order in shared learning and teaching spaces.
- Shadow education staff to understand workflow, scheduling, and student services.

**Requirements**:

- GCE A-Level or currently pursuing a diploma/degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills and a responsible attitude.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Able to multitask and follow instructions with attention to detail.
- Interest in education, operations, or student support preferred.
