**Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O functions.

the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution

must take and what outcome is expected.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of

requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future

state business processes.
- Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with functional/technical consultants and client/end-users

business requirements.
- Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will

drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes
- Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use
- Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or the company’s services.
- End to End management co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion

of the project within a stipulated budget.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability

and documentation
- Ensure timesheets are entered and processed accurately and responsible for invoicing in relation to projects.
- Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
- Assist with any other necessary task as required.
- Production support as required

**Skills and Qualifications
a focus on Finance, with full project implementation experience of Dynamics AX 2012 or

D365 Project Management and Accounting module.
- 2+ years of experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O

enhancements and integrations
- 2+ years of experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX2012

or D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or

Microsoft Sure Step methodology
- Strong interpersonal relations and teamwork orientation.
- Strong English business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
