Senior/enforcement Inspector, Tobacco Regulation Branch

[What the role is]
You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the National Tobacco Control Programme to help lower the smoking prevalence rates in Singapore. You will support the administrative functions of the branch to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
[What you will be working on]
As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:
i.Analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and design, develop, and implement solutions using appropriate tools like Agile and Six Sigma.
ii.Conduct data analysis to inform process improvements and decision-making.
iii.Management and supervision of outsourced contractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
iv.Oversee administrative functions, including office management, secretarial duties, data entry, and procurement processes.
v.Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
[What we are looking for]
i.Qualifications in any fields.
ii.Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma etc.
iii.Background in RPA/automation related programming would be an advantage
iv.Experience in contractor management and supervision would be beneficial.
v.Relevant experience in corporate administration, records management and/or facilities management would be beneficial.
vi.Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
