**About The Team**:
The mission of the TikTok Eng-AI Innovation Center is to explore cutting-edge AGI technologies, including but not limited to LLM, multi-modal LLM (video/image/audio/text/code), etc., to let machine better understand user creations on Tiktok platform. Regarding to video/image/audio/text, enhanced content understanding can bring better user experience of searching, recommendation, and can more accurately identify and defend internet abuse and fraud on our platform. Regarding to code, our developed LLM aims to automatically re-organize/optimize Tiktok codebase, and make the code/coding become more accessible for Tiktok engineers.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

**The main job directions include**:

- Drive core technology development for large language model code direction, continuously optimizing code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities.
- Focus on improving code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities in real-world production codebases, improving TikTok service code performance and privacy compliance.
- Explore Code Agent capabilities suitable for actual business production environments, and improve TikTok R&D efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Draft clear and actionable data annotation guidelines and SOPs to ensure the data quality of data annotation.
2. Check, analyze, and manage data annotation partnerships production quality and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with Product Manager,Algorithm Reseacher to create high quality data samples.
4. Leverage intelligence to evaluate model performance and data quality across different datasets

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, Proficient in English, especially in writing.
2. Detailed driven, capable of identifying nuanced differences in the text data.
3. Self-motivated and a problem solver, able to handle assigned tasks in time.
4. Good at communication and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree, Major in English Language & Literature or English Linguistics
2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
