IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the IT Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of site activities and resolve any operational issues
- Perform verification and check for any faults on IT peripherals at customer sites
- Maintain proper documentation of equipment status and their serial numbers
- Report discrepancies or damages in returned equipment
- Pack and prepare returned equipment for delivery back to the main office
- Ensure compliance with company IT security and data handling policies during all tasks
- Support logistics coordination, including arranging and assisting in transportation of equipment if required
- Supervise and guide part-timers and interns in daily operational tasks

**Requirements**:

- Nitec in Information Technology (or equivalent)
- Independent and meticulous
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users
- Willing to travel as working locations are based on deployment schedule (Possible all around Singapore)
