We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Revenue Optimization to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) Region team.

As an Assistant Manager, Revenue Optimization (SEAA), we rely on you to:
Responsible for maximising revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures
Work together with Regional Head of Revenue to optimize top line revenue by evaluating performance goals
Conduct comparative market and displacement analysis of business as needed to determine impact on RevPAR
Assist to set and effectively communicate the hotel pricing strategy by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and pre-determined seasonality
Analyse data and evaluate segment mix, room type demand, channel production and feeder markets, recognizing trends and patterns
Actively participates in design of new packages to ensure fences and restrictions are effectively reflected
Monitor external trend reports and revenue performance metrics
Ability to project manage multiple initiatives
Assist in development of forecasts and budgets
Develop and maintain constructive and collaborative working relationships with hotel Sales & Revenue teams
Manage OTAs ensuring compliance and parity across all channels

**We are looking for someone who**:
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Focus in Economics, Business, Finance, or Statistics preferred
Experience using hotel industry or travel industry RMS, PMS systems, is a plus
Effective written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement strategies
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate and present metrics into actionable proposals.
Highly proficient in Excel; experience with business intelligence/reporting tools to pull data and reports
Strong project/time management, and organizational skills
