**Full-Time Hawker Stall Assistant (Curry Puff)**:
**Location**:120 Bukit Merah Lane 1, Alexandra Village Food Centre, Singapore 150120
**Employment type**:Full-time
**Salary**:$2,000-$2,500**per month + **CPF**
**Work schedule**:6 days/week, rotating rest day; typical shift: [8.00am-6.00pm] or [10am-8.00pm] (rostered)

**Role summary**:
Join our stall team to keep hot, crispy curry puffs moving You’ll deep-fry frozen curry puffs safely, keep the warmer stocked, take and serve orders, handle basic stall housekeeping, and deliver friendly service. Training provided; prior hawker/F&B experience is a bonus but not required.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Operate deep fryer safely; fry frozen curry puffs to consistent quality and timing
- Transfer products to the warmer; rotate stock and maintain display standards
- Take orders, serve customers, and handle basic cashiering/POS
- Monitor product levels, inform team when to restock
- Keep stall clean and tidy; perform opening/closing cleaning, simple dishwashing
- Follow food safety and hygiene SOPs; complete basic temperature/hygiene checks
- Support ad-hoc stall duties as assigned

**Requirements (must-have)**:

- **Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (Food Hygiene) certificate**(pre-requisite)
- Able to stand for long periods and work in a warm kitchen environment
- Comfortable with weekend and public holiday shifts on roster
- Basic spoken English or Chinese for safety/hygiene logs and customer service
- Punctual, reliable, and attentive to cleanliness and safety

**Good to have (nice-to-have but not mandatory)**:

- Hawker/F&B experience (fryer usage or counter service)
- Familiarity with simple POS/cash handling

- Daily working **meal allowance $12 per day**:

- Uniform/PPE (apron, gloves, hairnet) provided
