**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning & Execution**:

- Lead end-to-end event planning, including conceptualization, strategy, and execution for gaming tournaments, activations, and community events.
- Develop and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
- Ensure seamless on-ground execution, managing all logistics, technical requirements, and contingencies.
- Assist with sales proposals and decks creation.

**Project Management**:

- Coordinate multi-functional teams across marketing, creative, operations, and production to achieve project objectives.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, providing insights to improve future projects and measure success against KPIs.

**Gaming Event Expertise**:

- Plan and execute gaming-focused events, such as esports tournaments, product launches, and fan engagement activities.
- Collaborate with game publishers, esports teams, and partners to align on goals and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends to create innovative and impactful event experiences.

**Stakeholder & Vendor Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and partners, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and contractors to secure high-quality and cost-efficient services.
- Oversee talent and production teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

**Production & Logistics Coordination**:

- Manage all production elements, including AV, stage design, and live broadcasting, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Handle travel, accommodations, permits, and compliance requirements for events held in multiple regions.
- Ensure all legal, safety, and regulatory standards are adhered to.

**Global & Regional Experience**:

- Execute events across diverse cultural and market contexts in Southeast Asia and globally.
- Adapt plans and strategies to suit local audience preferences and logistics challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Chinese and English is necessary
- 1-2 years of experience in events management and planning
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and marketing proposals with a solid understanding of building effective frameworks.
- Exceptional communication across various channels, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Passion in Gaming & Esports is a Plus

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
