**Overview**:
The Personal Assistant (PA) is required to perform, coordinate and oversee office administrative duties while providing an extensive

level of support to the authourity assigned to.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to the Professor Andrea MAIER in preparing reports / proposals, meeting documents, presentation slides, speeches, and other communication materials.
- Support the **Authourity**in organizing meeting minutes, analyzing data and identifying useful information to prepare meeting materials with objective to enhance the overall strategies in maintaining relevance in research, international visibility and public image with prospective donors and prospective collaborating instituitions.
- Calendar management, scheduling of meetings (including international), travel arrangements, claims management for travel, transport and hospitality submissions.
- Compilation and submission of required performance data and coordination of staff hire and discussions in annual performance review exercise.
- Help managing meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences.
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting Manager.

**Requirements**:

- General (Bachelor or higher) degree, preferably with relevant work experience in supporting senior management.
- Takes initiative and possesses strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and able to perform independently in a multidisciplinary and international environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strict integrity standards in handling confidential matters timely
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Tact, discretion, and diplomacy to work with a diverse group from varying cultures
- Well organized with good monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines
- Resourceful and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to create graphics for slides.
