**DeFi Trader / Crypto Native Hedge Fund**

- A global crypto-native systemtic Hedge Fund is seeking a DeFi trader to join their team and take on the dual responsibilities of a trader and researcher. For an individual with 2-4 years of experience, this is an excellent chance to become a part of an experienced team that works with seasoned traders and researchers using cutting edge technology._

Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute trades on different cryptocurrency platforms with an emphasis on decentralised finance.
- Keep a close eye on current positions and adjust tactics as needed to maximise performance.
- To identify trading opportunities and potential hazards in the cryptocurrency markets, do thorough research.
- Work cooperatively as a team to improve and innovate the current trading strategies.

Qualifications:

- Two to four years of experience in a related position in the finance sector, preferably with a strong interest in or experience with cryptocurrencies
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related STEM field
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and strategy development using programming languages like R or Python.
