- Carry out the Code of Social Work Practice (CSWP) related operations according to the CSWP manual & practice guide
- Facilitate casework, groupwork & community work
- Plan, implement & evaluate activities/programmes based on assessed needs for the individual, family & community

**Requirements**:
**Technical Competencies:

- Strong analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and time management skills

- Preferably with interest & passion working with the elderly
- Preferably proficient in various dialects to interact with the elderly
- Must be proficient in MS office software

**Preferred Achievements / Characteristics:
