**Job Title**
Clinical Trainer
**Job description & requirements**
Ideal for someone who wants to shape, build and deliver the product training process and act as an advocate for digital health solutions. You will be a great fit if you possessed clinical experience and have passion for improving patient outcomes via digital health solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for providing all clinical training on the field, ensuring consistent delivery of up to date knowledge of product/service to hospitals and patients
- To communicate use of product and service information effectively to patients, carers and other professionals involved in their care, overcoming any barriers to understanding and use of product/service.
- To be the field person in hospitals and community care organisations; responsible for handling administrative work of product delivery and requirements
- To assist in the safe, effective and efficient management of patient caseload
- To promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of digital health care by ensuring any issues are identified, addressed and feedback to the team.
- Communicate effectively, promoting open and trusting relationships between stakeholders
- Translate clinical insights and feedback to product development team
**Qualifications**:
- 1 - 3 years experience in a related industry / position
- Registered physiotherapist, nursing or bio-engineer background with experienced working in public hospitals
- Arranging/delivering induction and onboarding programmes
- Experience and understanding of clinical workflow
- Training and presentation skills
