Bless Brothers is a growing furniture business committed to quality and innovation. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive **Junior Accountant**to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build their careers in finance and accounting while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Job Role
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- **Payroll Management**:Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including CPF contributions and other statutory requirements.
Handle employee queries related to salaries, CPF, and tax matters.
- **General Ledger and Financial Reporting**:Record daily transactions and assist with month-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ad hoc analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- **Statutory Compliance**:Manage CPF submissions and ensure timely payments to the Central Provident Fund Board.
Prepare and file GST returns and other regulatory submissions.
Stay updated on Singapore’s financial regulations and tax laws.
- **Audit and Internal Controls**:Support external and internal audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Assist in improving internal processes and controls to maintain compliance and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:1-2 years of accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- **Knowledge**:Familiarity with CPF contributions, GST, and other Singapore financial regulations.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
