We are hiring a **Senior Manager (Corporate Office)**to support overall corporate operations and HR coordination. This role reports to both the Directors and the Financial Controller, and will play a key part in managing office functions, procurement, and HR administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Corporate Operations**:

- Provide administrative and operational support to Directors.
- Supervise procurement officer and oversee purchasing activities, vendor management, and inventory coordination.
- Manage general office administration including facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
- Handle corporate documentation such as insurance renewals, licenses, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g. corporate secretarial, legal, insurers).

**Human Resource Support**:

- Assist Financial Controller in executing HR processes and policies.
- Draft employment contracts, maintain employee records, and support compliance with MOM regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and exit processes.
- Coordinate payroll-related documentation and leave tracking.
- Facilitate employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 10years of relevant experience in corporate administration, HR, or office management.
- Prior experience in procurement or supervising administrative staff is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll or procurement tools.
