Our team is the front line of our GrabRentals (GR) drivers. We are a closely knit group, each with our own unique set of skills and responsibilities that complement each other. Thus, we strongly believe in teamwork, collaboration, and our abilities to contribute to the wider organization.

The work we do involves a great amount of passion for customer experience and operations, which usually means that we need to be constantly striving to improve, think quickly on our feet, and come up with efficient and effective solutions to problems and operational processes. We not only serve as the first touch point to our GrabRentals drivers but also provide detailed rental consultations to our drivers and proactively help solve our drivers’ issues.

**Get to Know the Role**:
As a digital media intern, you will be responsible for educating our hirer-partners about the various policies and features that GrabRentals offers. We want them to feel valued as partners, and also feel that they have made the right choice in trusting us to support them on their journey as an everyday entrepreneur. You will drive a digital media campaign to connect with our hirer-partners and increase the reach of our social media channels.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Drive and develop an existing digital media campaign
- Propose new ideas connect with our GrabRentals’ hirer-partners
- Design, create and implement eDMs / videos across various channels - in-app communications and social media
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of GrabRentals

**Learning Objectives**:

- Managing end-to-end campaign engagement
- Stakeholder management
- Presentation to management
- Improve Net Promoter Score for GrabRentals
- Understand the rental operations for the largest private-hire & deliveries rental fleet in Singapore
- Engage hirer-partners from a diverse range of backgrounds

**The Must-Haves**:

- Studied courses in Digital Marketing / Mass Communications or other related courses
- Experienced in using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop to create eDMs
- Basic copywriting skills are an advantage
