**Role Overview**:
As an Application Developer at ITLink, you will help design, develop, and implement robust Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management solutions for our diverse clients in Singapore.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Problem Solving & Ownership**: Take full responsibility for your deliverables, proactively flag risks, and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
- **Technical Consulting**: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, focusing on financial reporting and analytics.
- **Data Integration & Transformation**: Work with data sources (e.g., SAP, Xero) to build accurate models and dashboards, supporting productized Power BI services and SaaS initiatives.
- **Quality & Detail**: Test thoroughly, resolve defects, and deliver polished work that clients can rely on.
- **Documentation & Training**: Produce clear technical documentation and help users adopt solutions with confidence.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with team members to plan projects, share knowledge, and strengthen team delivery.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
