What you’ll do:

- Manage incoming and outgoing flows from / to 3PL Locations.
Pro-active monitoring shipments to ensure quality and timely deliveries, receipts in DC and product availability
- Inventory Synchronization between Lonza and 3PL systems
Daily follow up of inventory discrepancies to ensure availability of products for order allocation and customer deliveries.
- Manage internal Lonza stakeholder (departments) that impact the quality of delivery of products.
Assign tasks and follow up for timely execution
- Overseeing and participating on day-2-day execution of outbound orders, incl. creation and/or validation of paperwork and transport bookings
- Monitoring of performance of logistics and distribution partners
Running of reports and creating management summary and initiation of and conducting performance reviews with partners
- Intracompany PO and Transport Management
Focused on the incoming flows, monitoring of open PO, transport and customs clearance, until receipt in DC
- Continues Improvement Project initiation and execution
Initiation and execution of improvement projects in cooperation with 3PL, Transport and Lonza departments

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum of 3+ years of high-volume distribution experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry
- Knowledge of SAP (Planning, Materials Master, Delivery)
- Knowledge of 3PL operations and transport companies
- Proficient on Microsoft Office suite
