**What you will be working on**

As part of our team, you'll be involved in the following key areas:
the Electronic Tourist Refund Scheme (eTRS) System eTRS ecosystem
- Identify opportunities for improvement and experiment with new technologies and tools to enhance service delivery and operations
- Evaluate and leverage cutting-edge technologies to support eTRS operations and compliance work
- Drive the adoption of digital solutions through effective change management and collaboration with stakeholders
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of technology and processes for the eTRS system, including performing and supporting system testing activities
- Measure success and track the success and impact of our initiatives
- Review transactions referred by Singapore Customs and Immigration & Checkpoints Authority to identify non-compliance and take appropriate follow-up actions
- Handle referral cases related to GST refund claims from tourists

**What we are looking for**
- Prior experience working on Agile IT projects is advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in software testing are advantageous
- Strong communication and networking skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Comfortable working in an agile manner, with knowledge of UX Design as an advantage
- Resourcefulness and ability to work independently
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to secure buy-in from relevant parties
- Ability to work in cross-functional, cross-agency, and external stakeholder teams to co-develop innovative solutions
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a curious mindset to question and probe
