**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leading and driving NPI Acitivies witihn the Manufacturing plant
- Work with various departments to create, maintain and transition series manufacturing of new product, specifying and/or refining BOMs (assembly process), work flow processes, manufacturing plan and detailed work instructions.
- Work with Quality, Engineering and Production with emphasis on cost reduction, cycle time & lead time reduction, material flow, quality improvements, and efficient manufacturing methods & processes
- Ensure smooth transfer and handing over of information to Production Team for mass production
- Participate in Kaizen activities and ISO Audits
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of Manufacturing experience (Server & Rack Process)
- Preferably 3 - 5 year experience in production environment and work processes
- Experience in BOM & SAP & SFC
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
