Service Desk Specialist

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Service Desk Specialist** to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing technical support and ensuring excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls when required.
- Deliver **First Call Resolution (FCR)** by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Listen attentively to customers, understand their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding outstanding issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues in the system.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and internal processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Minimum **Nitec qualification** in IT-related disciplines.
- **Experience**: At least **1 year** of customer service experience in a technical or non-technical call center environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge in **Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, and mobile device support**.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work a **flexible schedule** when needed.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
