Playschool Facilitator

**About Agora Playschool**

Agora Playschool is an enrichment programme for children aged 6 months to 3 years old that can be adult accompanied. It offers a complete sensory and educational experience for young children that prepares them for Preschool. Our teachers engage on a deep level with the children in order to discover their likes and dislikes, allowing them to display their true characters through imagination and exploration.

**About the role**

At Agora Playschool, Facilitators create meaningful experiences through it’s play-based foundation to learning. We help children grow as whole persons, develop curiosity, and strive in the world around them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aid the development of appropriate lesson plans based on the 6 domains.
- Facilitate opportunities that encourage skill, content learning, individual expression and creativity.
- Develop strategies and guide diverse learning and development needs.
- Motivate students and staff to work productively and responsibly.
- Create and maintain dynamic learning stations.
- Meet regularly to develop planning, assessment, and student progress across the curriculum strands.
- Identify children that need extra support to meet class goals across development areas.
- Identifying children that are already achieving expected outcomes and need higher level instruction through differentiated planning and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification. Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience
- Great communication and classroom management skills
- Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic, with a positive mindset to learn and grow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
