**The Role**:
You will be an important part of a growing Creative department, creating and developing ideas, concepts and copy for various brands in Singapore, and around the world.

Your domain may be art direction, design, animation and storyboards, but your role will bring you deeper into the realm of social media, community activation and the nitty gritties of persuasion. This may include conceptualising ideas to change behaviour, crafting an engaging brand ecosystem, creating witty responses to pop culture trends, or conversing and collaborating with colleagues, partners, vendors and clients.

The Senior Art Director we are looking for should be passionate about deftly connecting strategy with design, pushing the boundaries with kickass thinking, as well as cultivating ideas and human beings to their fullest potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptual**:

- work as part of a team in conceptualising creative solutions for communication and marketing problems
- **Social thinking**:

- craft stories and build brands through social content and campaign level thinking and execution
- **Direction**:

- nurture the work at every step of the way - whether it’s design, engagement, production or development into fruition
- **Executional - **understanding of graphic design, typography and layout and how it extends through the social platforms
- **Teamwork**:

- work with Copywriters to ensure copy and visual work seamlessly together to meet desired objectives
- **Engagement**:

- take part in conversations about creative and strategic direction with clients
- **Leadership - **together with your copy partner, spearhead business expansion for accounts allocated to you; lead conversations in art direction with clients; manage Junior Art Directors by directing, inspiring and mentoring

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in advertising, digital or social media
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional and team environment
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Maintains knowledge of current web-design trends, tools and techniques
- Handles feedback well
- Embraces challenges and new methods of thinking
