**Join Our Team as a Procurement Executive - A Rewarding Career Awaits You**

As a **Procurement Executive**, you will play a key role in our fast-paced operations, ensuring that our procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our central kitchen in delivering high-quality meals to our customers.
- **Manage Procurement Operations**:Oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying suppliers to finalizing purchases and ensuring timely deliveries.
- **Vendor Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high-quality goods and services are delivered on time.
- **Inventory Control**:Monitor stock levels, place purchase orders, and ensure efficient inventory management to meet production demands.
- **Financial Data & Reports**:Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate processing of invoices, maintain databases for accounts payable and receivable, and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports.
- **Timely Payments & Follow-ups**:Ensure all invoices are processed and payments are made on time. Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Audit & Compliance**:Assist in audit preparation and ensure procurement operations adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments, including the finance and kitchen teams, to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services to meet operational needs.
- **Process Improvement**:Continuously seek ways to optimize procurement processes, streamline workflows, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Location**:Woodlands, Singapore
- **Self-Starter with Strong Initiative**:Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks with mínimal supervision.
- **Detail-Oriented**:Ability to manage procurement processes and financial data accurately and efficiently.
- **Problem Solver**:Proactive in resolving discrepancies and finding solutions to supply chain challenges.
- **Effective Communicator**:Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- **Experience**:Prior experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- **Tech-Savvy**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using procurement software or systems.
- **Work Schedule**:5.5 days a week (Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm)
