**Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose & identify reported faults whether software or hardware related and provide resolution to faults
- Provide L2 support, troubleshooting and maintenance & repair on electronic devices
- Report common faults found in diagnosis and repair
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum NITEC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Hands on experience & knowledge in the following areas would be an added advantage:
- Laptop/desktop Motherboard/PCB repair
- BGA machine for GPU/CPU replacement
- Resolving different OS (Operating System) related issues
**Salary**: $2000 - $3000
