Landscape Architecture Assistant

1. Prepare and produce landscape design in accordance to clients’ requirements
2. Prepare and propose landscape design to clients;
3. Daily monitoring of Gebiz for tenders;
4. Attend Tender Interview;
5. Assist to prepare documentation for tender project;
6. Liaise with operation team for the delivery of ordered items;
7. Co-ordinate and work with contractors and sub-consultants engaged to support the project deliverables and
production;
8. Work with suppliers to select, prepare material, equipment and their specifications to support the project
designed;
9. Administrative support in preparing the documents in submission of workers list;
10. Assisting the Project Manager for paperwork’s/documentation;
11. Prepare access approval of project/maintenance site;
12. Responsible to all Adhoc duties requirement from Sales and Marketing Department;
13. Achieve marketing and sales financial objectives by preparing annual budget, proposing and determining corrective action plans;
14. Must not limit the contribution to the company by continuously upgrade skills and knowledge about the job;
15. Report to Director and submit monthly reports and other required documents;
Sustain rapports at all times within organization and to all the clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture and equivalent
- Outstanding portfolio of work with good design capability and creativeness
- A flair for design and good knowledge of global projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other computer aided drafting and design software
