**Responsibilities**:

- Daily settlement related work of foreign exchange business: data monitoring of the settlement business, settlement plan designing, IT system requirement assessment, the analysis of changing trend of business indicators with the provision of insights to the stakeholders
- Assessment of capabilities of the banking partners: bank account management, risk controls and provide suggestions and relationship building with banks, financial institutions and domestic groups for daily operations of clearing and settlement.
- Assist in the design of clearing and settlement schemes for foreign exchange business and assess the internal system improvement areas aligning with the regulatory requirements, business demands and capital liquidity
- Propose process optimization ideas for settlement-related systems and drive the implementation together with our product and IT teams
- Responsible for daily related settlement reports and analysis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in banking and finance or its equivalents
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the payment and/or financial services industry, with an emphasis in foreign exchange clearing and settlement in Singapore
- Familiar with the clearing and settlement model of the payment industry; Strong understanding of local and regional policies and regulations highly preferred
- Possess excellent communications and presentation skills
- Fast learner with strong sense of responsibility; Analytical and high attention to details even under tight deadlines
